2004-2005 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The 2004-2005 CAPER summarizes the annual performance for the County of Los Angeles (County) of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) formula grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and the Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG). The Community Development Commission (CDC) administers these grants on behalf of the County. The report is laid out in two volumes.

• Volume I

  Volume I provides a narrative description of CDBG, HOME, and ESG Programs. Click here to review Volume I.

• Volume II
  
  Volume II consists of activity reports, including summaries of accomplishments for all funded activities. Two search boxes have been created to facilitate the review of activity reports. To use the search boxes, choose the appropriate “Agency” or “City” tool box then scroll to find your agency or city. Click the 'View' button to retrieve the report.
