Throughout the year, you will find updates to the Annual Action Plan and also have the opportunity to participate in the process, such as providing your input in the Resident Survey, attending our Community Meeting, or submitting comments to the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors during the Public Notice period. We hope to hear from you!
This year, the Community Development Commission (CDC) and the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACoLA) have embarked on developing a joint Assessment of Fair Housing (AFH) which is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a condition of receiving Federal funding to Affirmatively Further Fair Housing (AFFH) within the jurisdiction.
Please click here for more information as there are opportunities for the public to provide input on the development of the AFH as well the development of the Consolidated Plan. These are long range plans required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development every five (5) years. Your input is extremely important in identifying housing and community development needs and priorities for these plans.
