Hollywood Community Housing Corporation held a grand opening on August 27, 2009, for the Alexandria House Apartments, a two-story apartment building with tuck-under parking. 

Hollywood Community Housing Corporation held a grand opening on August 27, 2009, for the Alexandria House Apartments, a two-story apartment building with tuck-under parking.  HACoLA’s City of Industry funds partially financed the rehabilitation of the building, which consisted of bathroom and kitchen renovations, new kitchen appliances, energy efficient windows, installation of air conditioners, carpeting, blinds, and a secured entrance.   The Alexandria House Apartment building consists of 16 units: 8 studio units and 8 one-bedroom units.  Of the 16 units, 7 one-bedroom units are reserved for homeless families at or below 35% of Area Median Income.
