Hello, and welcome to the web page for the Community Resource Center (CRC), operated by the Community Development Commission (CDC) of the County of Los Angeles.  Here you will find information on the many services the CRC provides to residents of the unincorporated Whittier communities.

The CRC is the hub of the community that provides programs geared towards educating, training, and helping residents of all ages, of the unincorporated Whittier Communities (East, West, and South Whittier). Through information and referrals, after-school program, job/career center, computer literacy programs, English as a Second Language classes, emancipated and former foster youth services as well as accessible and affordable medical services, we aim to build better lives and better neighborhoods. Our web pages show the various partnerships we have established with County Departments and other service providers to bring these resources to area residents.
