Q: Where can I find information on the requirements for home study traffic school /course  approval for the County of Los Angeles jurisdiction?
A: Please click here  to access the Los Angeles Superior Court’s website for information on the Home Study Traffic School (HSTS) program.

Q: Where can I find information on how to run and provide home study traffic school services for the County of Los Angeles jurisdiction?
A: You will have to do that research on your own. With regard to how to start up and operate a home study traffic school, neither TVSM or the Los Angeles Superior Court have that information, nor do they provide business consulting services with regard to any traffic school, be it a classroom traffic violator school or home study traffic school.

Q: What is the process for applying for the approval of a home study traffic school courses?
A: The Home Study Traffic School Program’s Policy and Procedures and Applications are updated each year. Once updated, documents are made available for viewing and downloading at the  Los Angeles Superior Court’s website, around the end of March.

All Home Study Traffic School Program applicants must adhere to the current Home Study Traffic School Program’s Policy and Procedure and must use the current Home Study Traffic School Program’s application. All applications submitted using application documents from a previous year are immediately denied and payment is not refunded.
