REDEVELOPMENT GRANTS
The Redevelopment Grant Program provides grants to facilitate the preservation of the County's affordable single-family housing stock by providing grants to low and moderate income families and by eliminating existing and incipient housing code violations.
The current Redevelopment areas are as follows:
Altadena
Florence Firestone
Rancho Domínguez
Willowbrook
The maximum grant amount varies for each area, eligible repairs include, exterior and façade areas, including elimination of code violations.
