SINGLE-FAMILY GRANT PROGRAM
The Single-Family Grant Program is designed to assist low-income qualified owners. To qualify, owners must be elderly, severely disabled, large family (5+ persons) or single head of household (earning 80% of the County median income or less) of single-family units or mobile homes.

The grants fund repairs such as electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, and elimination of code violations. Repairs are limited to a maximum grant amount of $5,000. Property must be in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. For eligibility, check the Los Angeles County median income guidelines.
