Located on a 1.62-acre site in the unincorporated Union Pacific community, Parque de los Sueños offers residents a much-needed recreational area in a densely urbanized community. The Economic Redevelopment Division assembled the land, then worked towards the park's development with other agencies, and Shane's Inspiration Foundation, a non-profit organization that specializes in playgrounds accessible to children of all ages and capacities, including those with disabilities.
