Welcome and thank you for your interest in the programs offered by the CDC’s Economic Redevelopment Division.  We are a team of professionals dedicated to improving commercial corridors and supporting business growth in low- and moderate-income unincorporated communities of the County of Los Angeles.  The Division administers five redevelopment project areas in Willowbrook, East Los Angeles (Maravilla and Whiteside neighborhoods), East Rancho Dominguez, and West Altadena.  In these project areas the Division assembles sites for new development, constructs public improvements, and facilitates real estate investment.  (more...)
