Among our many duties as an administrative unit, we prepare the necessary applications and reports to HUD and for the public. We provide monitoring and technical assistance to our partner agencies to ensure that activities are compliant with all federal requirements. Financing major community and economic development projects that improve neighborhoods and create jobs can also be facilitated through our federally funded loan program.
Our partner agencies implement approximately 400 different activities such as youth programs, graffiti removal, meals for seniors, minor home repair programs, and construction of new public facilities and commercial developments. The resources on this web page provide the tools that agencies need to implement successful community development activities.
